A school garden for Tambo

As part of our new project to improve the quality of education at elementary schools in Guaraní communities in the Chaco, Fundación Pueblo has created a school garden with a drip system in collaboration with parents, school management and teachers at Tambo Elementary School and the local authorities of Entre Ríos.

Various vegetables such as lettuce, chard, carrots, potatoes, onions etc. are grown there to improve the children’s diet. The school has 32 students and two teachers, each of whom simultaneously teaching several class levels.
